I'm uncertain of a few others pairings, but you get what I'm saying. Naruto is an action, fantasy, adventure, comedy anime/manga. DBZ is action, and science fiction. Both are long running and popular series. Romance is not a major genre but it still exists in the story and if it helps the plot, Kishi might consider a few couples. Maybe not out of fandom or personal opinions, but for the sake of the series. So the reason why Hinata and Sasuke never interact may be on purpose. Maybe, their (possible) relationship will build up from scratch. And there's this one thing about love you ALWAYS have to remember. It doesn't have to be a person who you knew since grade school, or someone you were introduced to, or someone you just happen to hate or be obsessively in love with. It doesn't really matter what age difference they stand in, what race they are, or how different they act or look in outlook and appearance. The two might not even have anything in common for all we know. You can be strangers and still fall in love. That's how odd falling in love can be. It can start anywhere, at any time, for any reason, between any person, for as long as they want to be together. So yes, SasuHina can be more possible than we think. This is exactly what I was thinking too! DBZ is what Kishimoto got his influence from, and when you think about it, Bulma had blue hair (Hinata) and Vegeta had black (Sasuke). You can't really compare much about Bulma to Hinata because it seemed DBZ was just too full of Bossy women. I mean...every single one of them. None were nice at all. Lol. But Bulma is a bit too much like Sakura for my taste though. You know what else screams "SasuHina" to me? "Taken From Wikipedia" While he pays no allegiance to his allies, old or new, in Part II, Sasuke cannot bring himself to harm those he has never met before, and makes it a point to prevent their deaths when possible. Hmm... I don't think that's there for no reason. Think about it. The only one out of all the 8 members on Naruto's current team, Hinata's the only one Sasuke's never really spoken to. He also never seen her fight before. Maybe that could spark interest... Agreed!!! Your statements on those couples were interesting... especially the SasuIno one...got me thinking... Thanks! :oops: I don't really think SasuIno's that likely though so don't really sweat it. Hehe. Ano, has anyone seen the episode where Shikamaru was talking to Chouji about weight? Well, Shikamaru told him "Most guys I know like girls with meat on their bones." when Ino told him that girls like she and Sakura always diet to look good for Sasuke. Ahem, Hinata's not thin at all... She isn't fat. But she's defintely not bones.

Sasuke has indeed interacted with Shino. During the final chuunin exam arc when he was chasing the sand siblings to fight Gaara, Kankurou had stayed behind to fight Sasuke at first before Shino came into the picture. And the two had TALKED. Yes, they did. So in a way, Sasuke trusted Shino to take care of him while pursuing the other two. And Sasuke has interacted with Yamato, too. At the scene when they finally reunited with Sasuke, Yamato appeared later and protected Sakura against Sasuke when she attempted to fight him. And Erica, you missed Kakashi, and we know that answer. Sasuke's sensei, the very man who personally trained him the chidori... yeah... So that counts too. Literally, Hinata's the only one he never directly interacted with her. Nope. Nuh-uh. :roll:

I KNEW I was missing SOMEONE!!!! Well I don't remember much from the manga previous to the current arc so forgive my forgetfulness on past events, lol. XD So that DOES make Hinata the ONLY person Sasuke has never talked to, interacted with, etc... SO, I have a great feeling Hinata and Sasuke are going to have to interact SOMEHOW in the future... If they don't even say hi or look at each other, ever in the series once it's finished, I'm going to cry my eyes out. :cry:

...yes, me too. (hard to admit) You know what's weird. :? Out of the whole rookie 9 genin with team Gai-- Sasuke, and Hinata haven't interacted with each other ONCE. Like, out of all the situations, the two are always left out of the scenes together. So many people interacted with Sasuke, mainly girls and they all turn out to be fangirls, yet why is Hinata the only one who doesn't like him and she acts totally different? :? Why the exception? It seems far-fetched to me. And Sasuke doesn't interact with anybody unless someone talks to him first or if he has to. And I have a feeling that, with Hinata's boost of confidence occuring around Naruto, she might have to defend him against Sasuke if there is ever a chance in the heat of battle. "From Wikipedia" Hinata tends to break away from her usually timid self when around Naruto, such as going out of her way to help him or putting more effort into something because he is nearby. She also becomes more assertive on Naruto's behalf and never hesitates to defend him, even to himself. Naruto also acts as a key component in her quest to better herself, as she trains so that she can be like him and impress him at the same time. I mean, if two people are left behind to fight team Hebi and Kisame, then Hinata with her byakugan can look for Sasuke with Naruto who is the main character. Then, with Sakura fighting Karin, and Kiba fighting Juugo, it will all fit out. But arrgh!! :x I just want to read the upcoming chapter. There can be so many alternate possibilities that it hurts to think on so many. I'm dying of anticipation! :x

Hinata: -gasps and (probably) falls to the floor due to weak knees- ...I-Iie...G-go away... Sasuke: -pulls her up off the floor by her hair (rough much?)- Fight me, Hyuuga. -pulls out sword- Or DIE. Hiya..New xD But uh. I have something to say to the suspicion of why Kishi hasn't made Sasuke and Hinata interact. Uchiha and Hyuuga Clans, possibly the most powerful clans in Konohagakure, have never interacted nor has Kishimoto shown any acknowledgement from Hyuuga to Uchiha or vice versa. I suspect Kishi has something up his sleeve, because it's pretty odd for two powerful clans --from the same village-- not to know each other's presence. I mean it would logical, or at least smart, to have some kind of alliance for when and if there were to be an attack on the village. So I'm sorta implying that they could've had some relationship when they were small, and chibi~. At least. Weird, right? Right? Nice to meetcha xD;;

Kakashi's direct statement was: But I doubt that, against a fighter like this Neji, even our own Sasuke would prevail. From page 146, Ch. 80: The Outer Limits, Volume 9. Strength and skill wise, Neji IS the strongest of the whole 12 genin, but then Naruto (our heroic main character) has defeated him in the final chuunin exam. Welcome to the forums, Michi-kun! It's nice to see a new poster here with nice ideas. :) And perhaps that is true that these two powerful clans should have interacted. There are many fan fictions that tap into that theory. :) And if anything, I would like to think that they had interactions from the beginning but some disagreement tore them apart. If that actually happened in the manga, though, many fans will say that Kishimoto pulled that out of his ass just to solidify a SasuHina pairing. :? Ah, but whatever, fans will complain no matter what, especially when much of the fanbase consist of NaruHina/SasuSaku supporters.
