Yes, finally!! At least someone follows me up here! Thanks, girlie! Itachi's one not to hate. Not at all! Maybe resentment, detachment, but never hate. And being the older sibling he is-- wait, this is how it goes. Itachi is a born prodigy. Things come so fast for him. So much potential, yet he never asked for it, never wanted it. But he uses his intelligence anyway, without remorse because that's how he was taught. Though he felt them as family at one point, as a sibling, he didn't want his beloved little brother to be left behind. So even though the guy doesn't show much emotion doesn't mean he got none. It's who he is. Not many things attach him to this world anymore. Itachi looks like a guy who doesn't want to live, but he doesn't commit suicide, because he's well aware he has some responsiblities to fulfill before he can die in his own time. However, Sasuke's learning the very harsh way of living. A path of suffering, but he as well has some incomparable potential. However, it's true in life that the ones who suffer the most pain can possess more of an eye at finding true happiness. It's not right for every ansgty person, but it's true nonetheless. Damn, I said alot. All in the defense for Itachi. ^^ The guy's so vague, yet I can understand Sasuke and Itachi alot. Weird, huh? Psychology's so complex... Thanks for the comic, by the way. ^^

I've never really compared the Neji/Hinata relationship to Itachi/Sasuke relationship But now that you mention it, it seems pretty similiar. Neji and Itachi are very simular. They're the ones that everyone truly acknowledged. The one the clan leaders held in high remarks. The beating on the weaker prodigy... yeah, I could keep going. lol Not to mention the long hair in a low pony-tail. (Hinata and Sasuke's pre-timeskip hairstyles were simular too. Duck butts! LOL) Not to mention, Neji and Itachi love to down the younger prodigy. Itachi always telling Sasuke he doesn't have enough hate. Neji telling Hinata she was too weak. Yeah. Lots. :lol:

Thanks, girlie. ^^ I have a bit more info if you like. By the way, I can feel Itachi has SOME guilt for killing his clan. He had to, he's human. (just one of those less feeling types) Sasuke's his little brother. It's this unspeakable sibling thing. It's as if you're in charge what happens to your little bro (or sis) because you're supposed to be their role model, they look up to you. And Itachi was doing just that. I think he wants nothing more than to face his own brother. At least, he wants to die in pride knowing his own brother killed him because they both fought at great strengths. It's inevitable, and irrevocable. The battle of the greater warrior.

Another thing people fail to notice is that Itachi is not a psychotic killer. Oh my gosh, everyone thinks that. If he's no crazy and cruel, how come it was taking it easy on Sasuke at first during their first encounter, and why was he holding back against Kurenai. (The guy let her escape the Genjutsu when he had the chance to kill her. Gosh!) I can't wait until people notice that Itachi is well mannered. Gosh! Another thing: Hinata and Itachi are well-mannered and polite. (Itachi and Hinata always address people with respect.) While Neji and Sasuke are rude and don't usually used honorifics. (Neji and Sasuke do not call their Sensei's by such. They just say "Gai" and "Kakashi". Mainly on Sasuke part though. With Hinata as well. She's a bit more mannered that Itachi.)
