I don't know. At the time, I thought the group would reach Sasuke first before the bad guys. And you know how people crowd around an unconscious guy until he wakes up? :roll: But this was before the chapter came out and Tobi beat them to him. But if you think about it, the people Sasuke has affiliated himself with so far are bad guys or people who don't come from Konoha. Since he's stuck in the akatsuki hideout for God knows how long, I'm guessing the group will chase after them in pursuit again. This is the thing. I have a hunch Shino did something smart again. I got this idea from a spoiler or prediction where after Zetsu came into the picture, Shino might've planted a tracking bug on one of them so even though they've fled beyond their reach, the company could still find them. Like you said, it's so pointless to have a whole round-up of ninja in one arc doing barely nothing. And when Naruto and Co do find the hideout, you have to realize that the group might have to split up again and find Sasuke. With Hinata's Byakugan, she's the best bet. I'm not saying Hinata might interact with him because I want them to, but really it's logical for her to find Sasuke the fastest because of the Byakugan. Kiba might find him too because of his scent. Usually when I have these types of theories in mind, I try to think like a writer/manga artist from Kishi's point of view. Unlike the anime, he's creating the plot line not because of what fans want or expect, but how it's supposed to fold out. Then again, this is all my opinion. :oops:

What I meant by 'Love at First Sight' people was not the general meaning where you literally see the person for the first time, but it would be the first instant Sasuke really acknowledges Hinata. Like, after all that has happened to him and he's finally rid of Itachi, (though not in the way he had hoped), Sasuke would need time to mellow down, accept the facts, and realize all that he's got left for a home is Konoha. :? Believe it or not, Sasuke still has responsibility for his dead clan. I. E. meaning he still has that other goal he had sworn to fulfill. So, all that I've got to say is, it's only a matter of time. There's no reason for Sasuke NOT to come back to his village where all his friends are (hopefully) waiting. :roll: And always always remember! Sasuke's not heartless. He's human like the rest of us. It's just... hard for him to express his feelings even if apathy is the only one he can easily show. So, in response to InvisibleAciren's post, I don't think Sasuke would harbor any hatred for his home village or the council members because they did what they had to do as a ninja government. And why spite Tsunade? She was nowhere near responsible at the time and the benevolent man who kept Sasuke alive was dead a long time ago. Whatever has happened in the past is over and done with.

Hope has been (slightly) renewed. Guess what Sasuke said. "I'll do what Itachi wanted to do that he couldn't. I'm going to revive the clan my own way." Basically, if you read in between the lines, it's kinda spoken for that he won't go the normal way of picking out any female. Like the theory of the bloodline genes says, he might have to find someone who is able to create offspring that won't end up with the original sharingan. To avoid history repeating itself. Yay! Hmm, not sure if I should be spoiler tagging some of this.... Yeah, that part had me happy at least. For a while I thought that Sasuke had given up/forgotten that he wanted to restore the clan. The only thing against Sasuke wanting to settle down with a Konoha girl would be the whole destroy the village thing. Which only leaves him with Karin. :x
